It is the difference between not just surviving but thriving.  It is cultivating a lifestyle in which you find more joy and happiness.    Stress interrupts this process and leaves you “stuck” and prevents you from moving forward towards the goals that you seek.  
Modern day living is loaded with stressful situations and there is no way to prevent difficult circumstances from happening. Given the proper tools, everyone can gain better control and a positive perspective towards coping with life’s challenges. This Wellness, Stress Management and Meditation program aims to do just that.
Whether you are an individual, a wellness/healthcare practice, or employer, I can work with you,  your clients,  or your employees to teach them "self care" As a skilled clinician, I will take participants on a journey which allows them to dive deep and explore.

This is an 8 week program, with 90 minute sessions:  This workshop begins with the basics of developing a lifelong meditation practice, and stress reduction techniques.  These skills are gained through:
Guided meditation
Interactive in-session activities
Group Discussion
Assigned activities and habits to practice at home.

Promote Wellness and Reduce Stress in Your Community, Workplace or School

The home, school, or workplace can be very demanding.  Why not offer a self care retreat to promote wellness? These customized sessions  are aimed for community organizations, friend groups, students or co-workers. This Wellness Self-Care Retreat will deliver fast and effective results. Start working towards a life you can be proud of.

Drop-In Sessions to Cultivate your own Meditation Practice & Learn Wellness Strategies

It is time to learn, reflect and meditate. In this transformational series, we’ll explore how mindfulness and meditation can help you live a happier and healthier lifestyle. Refine your form, learn new techniques, and discover a new and better you.

These one hour “drop-in” sessions provide;

  • various guided meditations or mindfulness exercises, 

  • Provides content on one or more wellness topic per session 

  • Connecting through group discussions and or activity
